Ordering Process

1. Choose & Personalise

Browse the website and choose your preferred jewellery design.

Each product includes simple options to customise your piece, which may include:

Colour and finish

Inclusion presentation

Collection kit, if required

Engraving or personalisation

Additional notes, if needed

For any other requirements, please contact us before ordering.

2. Checkout

Once you’re happy with your selections, add your jewellery to your basket and proceed to checkout.

We accept a range of secure payment methods including PayPal, credit and debit cards, Klarna and Clearpay.

3. Collection Kit

If you select Yes when asked if you require a collection kit, we will post one to you within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Simply follow the instructions provided with your kit and return it to us using the details supplied.

Once everything required for your order has arrived at our studio, we’ll let you know by email or text.

4. Questions or Changes?

If there is anything you would like us to know about your order, simply add it to the Additional Notes section when ordering.

If we need to confirm any details, we will contact you before we begin making your jewellery.

If you’re not quite ready for us to begin, that’s absolutely fine. We can hold your order until your selections have been confirmed. Please be aware that once production of your personalised jewellery has started, further changes may not be possible.

5. Production & Delivery

Once everything required for your order has been received and your selections have been confirmed, we’ll begin making your jewellery.

In-stock items: usually dispatched within 7–10 days

Made-to-order or gold items: may take longer depending on supplier availability.

We’ll keep you updated if there are any unexpected supplier or courier delays.

All completed orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked delivery, completely free of charge.
