Absolutely love my little Robin charm. I now carry my Oscar (spaniel) with me all the time. I was over the moon with the quality of my charm. The packaging my item was returned in was beyond my expectation. So much thought and care has been put into how I received my charm. Packaging , boxing and the thoughtful extras. I would absolutely use again. Angela was amazing with keeping me updated with progress.
Not only is the charm amazing but the keyring that is a free gift which also has some ashes in the sand. There is also a certificate with the name and relationship to the recipient which my daughter loved. The thought that is put into everything is really heartfelt. A little card with footsteps in the sand is so lovely. The presentation is so touching and to finish everything off a beautiful white feather to seal the presentation is just such a touching end. They also send the remaining ashes back in a little pouch. I will use and recommended this very thoughtful company everytime. I was extremely touched and my daughter was delighted with everything. I simply can not recommend enough. The service is beyond good its excellent. If I could give 10 or more star rating I would. Simply the best. A huge heartfelt thank you for everything. Mxx
Such a gorgeous item that I am still so pleased to have come across to be able to order for my mum for Christmas on behalf of my dad. The charm itself as well as the little extra token keyring and the amazing packaging.. I cannot fault a single thing!! Thank you so so much again for this amazing gift, my mum absolutely adores it and can now carry a piece of her dad around with her🥰
