Firstly the communication from this company is the best I've ever had from any company. Even over the Christmas period, kudos to them. Secondly the quality is unmatched. The weight, colour, presentation. It's perfect. I was blown away with how big it actually was . Once you feel it you can tell the effort and quality that went into making this. And thirdly the package it came delivered in. Literally brought me to tears because it's so considerate. And fourthly if I do decided to have ashes put into jewellery again I will be choosing this company again hands down.
