Even at what was my saddest time ever, losing my husband Angela helped by creating something truly beautiful that I could wear always. The process was so simple and her communication every step if the way was brilliant. She contacted me while she was creating the piece for my opinion on whether I was happy with how she should display the ashes. When I received the parcel it took my breath away, so beautifully packaged with care and little extras that were really special. Thank you Angela for all your attention to detail, it really meant so much. I also got a pendant for my granddaughter which I have also reviewed and again was blown away by the care and attention to detail. Tears were shed when we both opened our packages x
Communication is so quick. The packaging it comes in is beautiful. My daughter absolutely loves her necklace and its exactly what she wanted. Appreciate the fact it tells you how to look after your product as well. Would 100% recommend!

Excellent service, I got my necklace within a week of ordering and I was informed once my cats ashes had been received.
