I contacted Angela through her website as i wanted 3 peoples ashes in the shamrock charm which she said she could do. Also engraved on the back, it was literally at my house 7 days after ordering and within 4 days of her receiving the ashes. It is gorgeous and she also put in some little bears for each of the ashes and other items like tissues and a white feather. Simply beautiful and super fast service
After losing my mum, dad and step dad i wanted a piece of jewellery that i could have all 3 sets of ashes in together. I decided on this charm. I sent Angela a message and she said it could be done. I ordered on Sunday 16th August, sent the ashes on 18th August, she received them on 19th August and the charm was in my possession by 22nd August. Amazing customer service, really good quality item and super fast production. Ive previously had other ashes jewellery that took weeks to arrive. Time wasn’t something i was bothered about, i would have waited but didn't need to. Angela also put in little gifts - 3 x blue bears, one for each of my parents, packet of tissues, little gift bag with the returned ashes, an angel keyring. There was also a certificate of authenticity. Thank you so much, i will wear my charm with pride and carry my parents with me.
